Superheroes were at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Wednesday morning for spring cleaning!
Batman, Captain America, Spider-Man and Superman dropped by to clean the exterior windows of the hospital.
This is the 14th time the superheroes have appeared at UPMC Children’s Hospital.
When they aren’t fighting crime, the superheroes wash windows for Allegheny Window Cleaning Inc.
